Greenwich Village, NYC. A Nice Place To Visit.

A nice place to visit is Greenwich Village on the west Side of Lower Manhattan New York City. It has a relaxed, easy going, chill out kind of atmosphere, with a flurry of students, locals, and tourists. Good to wander, shop or enjoy a meal in one of the charming cafe's or restaurants scattered about.
Known as the "Village" the area has a history of free spirit creativity in the art and music world.

No More Expandable Polystyrene Foam Containers in New York City.

The New York City Government Department of Sanitation have started a ban on the use of Expandable Polystyrene Foam cups and containers within the five boroughs.

The government show great care and concern over their region. I was impressed when I went searching for information on the EPS ban to find how detailed the environmental issues are taken care of and maintained within the structure.

An Insight to Wealthy Real Estate on 'Million Dollar Listing New York.'

One of our favourite TV shows at the moment is 'Million Dollar Listing New York,' it's a reality show about three brokers who wheel and deal, selling top price apartments and houses of New York City.
The show which is on the network 'Bravo' follows Fredrik Eklund, Ryan Serhant, Luis Ortiz, as they expertly and cleverly obtain the highest prices for their clients, as we the viewers find out about their lives and what drives them to battle against the best real estate agents in the City.
The photography is amazing and views from some of the apartments are breathtaking.
